Weekly News 14th November '19

Thank you to all those who managed to join us for our writing cafe this week. It was so good to see so many parents so keen to engage with their children's learning. The children really enjoyed themselves and appreciated having you there.

In English this week, the children have been looking carefully at the main characters in Pugs of the Frozen North and have used their knowledge of these characters to  write a letter about them to the Snow Father.

In Topic, we have been looking at Medieval Medicine and have discovered some of the disgusting and appalling cures that were used to treat illnesses.

Still thinking about potions, in Science we learned about the different states of matter and thought about the properties of solids, liquids and gases.

Some parents have asked about the homework for this term. There should be a copy in their homework book, but I have also attached a copy here :
